All About Privacy, Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. (referred to as “us” or “we”) takes your privacy seriously and is committed to providing you with information to help you understand our privacy practices. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) discloses the privacy practices of our website, aex-event.com (the “Site”), as well as related products and services we may offer to you (collectively referred to as the “Services”). This Policy covers how Personal Information that we receive or collect about you is used or shared. By using our Site and Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy as they may be amended from time to time. If you disagree with the way that we collect and process Personal Information, please do not use this Site.

From You: We obtain most of the Personal Information that we collect about you from you when you interact with our Site, including when you contact and communicate with us via forms contained on our Site and when you provide answers and information in response to surveys, quizzes, sweepstakes, and contests.

From Our Partners: We may obtain Personal Information about you from our service providers or other partners, including marketing partners in the course of assisting us in providing you with our Site or Services. Like many commercial websites, we analyze how visitors use our Site with "cookie" technology. Your Rights and Choices Regarding Your Data

We give you certain choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information for promotional purposes. You may opt out from receiving electronic communications from us by contacting us as detailed in the “Contact Us” section below. If you no longer want to receive promotional-related emails from us, you may opt-out according to the instructions in such communications. Some of the advertisers and vendors that perform advertising-related services for us and our partners participate in the Digital Alliance Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising. Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing-related messages, we may still send you important administrative messages.

The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) provides EU data subjects with the additional rights described below.

We generally act as a data controller of EU data subject’s Personal Information submitted to us. We rely on that Personal Information for the legitimate commercial purposes of providing our Site and Services to you. Where we need to collect Personal Information by law or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that Personal Information when requested, we may not be able to provide you with our Services. We consider and balance any potential impact on you and your rights before we process your Personal Information. We do not use your Personal Information for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law. In certain circumstances, we act as a data processor of third-party partners, and, in those circumstances, we process your Personal Information for the purposes set out in this Policy consistent with the data processing terms of those partners.

We also may rely on your consent to collect, use, or disclose your Personal Information. If we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the information below. We will only use your Personal Information for the purposes for which we collected it unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your Personal Information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis that allows us to do so.

If you are located in the EU and have any complaints regarding our privacy practices as a data controller, you have the right to make a complaint to your local Supervisory Authority. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you contact your Supervisory Authority, so please contact us first at the information below.

Your Rights

If you would like to request a copy of your Personal Information being held by us, request that Personal Information be deleted, to update and/or correct your Personal Information, or request that we provide a copy to another data controller, please contact us at the information contained in the “Contact Us” section below. We will need enough information to ascertain your identity as well as the nature of your request. We will aim to respond to your request within one (1) calendar month of receipt of the request. Where we are unable to do so within the calendar month, we will notify you of the soonest practicable time within which we can respond to your request (and within three (3) months from the date of your request). Please note that there are certain exemptions and restrictions of these rights under the European data privacy laws that enable personal information to be retained, processed, or withheld from access and we will inform you of these exemptions and restrictions, if applicable.

International Data Transfers

We offer EU Model Clauses, also known as Standard Contractual Clauses, to meet the adequacy and security requirements for our customers that operate in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and make transfers of Personal Information from those jurisdictions to the United States and other countries that lack adequacy determinations. Personal Information Concerning Children

Our Site is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 16 unless the Personal Information is submitted with verifiable parental consent.

TERMS AND CONSITIONS

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Art Expedition event. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you go through the following event ticketing terms and conditions:

​

  • In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will buy the tickets to the Art Expedition event. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’, and similar terms will indicate the organizers of Art Expedition events – Atmo design studio d.o.o.

  • By opting to purchase, allocate, or possess tickets to the Art Expedition event, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the Art Expedition event premises.

  • Please note that Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer www.aex-event.com. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of Art Expedition event tickets.

  • The price of one Art Expedition event ticket is 25€. This figure is non-negotiable.

  • The ticket you purchased represents a revocable license for you to access Krašograd on 19.09.2023. when the Art Expedition event is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attend the Art Expedition event. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry to the venue.

  • The bearer has to assume full responsibility for the Art Expedition event tickets, once (s)he receives it. Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. has no liabilities - financial, legal, or otherwise - in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed, or rendered unusable in any other way.

  • Kindly note that www.aex-event.com is the sole authorized source for purchasing Art Expedition event tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risk of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonor such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them void.

  • The Art Expedition event tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

  • Please note that Art Expedition event tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

  • Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the Art Expedition event ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

  • The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon Art Expedition event starts on 19.09.2023.. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

  • If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue - <VENUE NAME> - due to delays, federal regulations, organizer policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation, or any other reasons, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

  • If the Art Expedition event is canceled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. has the sole and absolute right to:

  • i) reschedule the event, or

  • ii) Issue a partial/full refund, or

  • iii) not issue any refunds.

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

  • If the Art Expedition event is canceled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. will be considered final.

  • If the Art Expedition event has to be rescheduled to another date, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully canceled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

  • Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

  • All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

  • Art Expedition event is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending the Art Expedition event is 18.

  • If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to the Art Expedition event. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.

  • At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

  • By purchasing Art Expedition event tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

  • You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims - full or in part - and all claims & and entitlements related to it.

  • Atmo design studio d.o.o. does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

  • Art Expedition event and Atmo design studio d.o.o. follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at the Art Expedition event and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

  • Please note that you purchase Art Expedition event tickets of your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

  • In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.

CANCELATON

EVENT REGISTRATION, CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Art Expedition event. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you go through the following event ticketing terms and conditions:

Registration Fees

To qualify to register for an Art Expedition event, the registrant must be a member in good standing.

Special guests may register with prior approval of the Board of Directors.

 

Early Bird Registration Fees

To qualify for the early bird registration rate, online registration must be entered by 11:59 PM  the last day of the early bird registration period.

 

Payment

Registrations MUST be accompanied by a check, money order, or credit card charging authorization. Funds must be in Euros. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Atmo design studio d.o.o.. Payment is to be received prior to the event. If payment is not received by the event, the following late fees will be applied and sent to the member institution for collection:

• 25€  late fee for all Art Expedition events

 

Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds

 

All changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions may be made without penalty.

 

Deadlines for refund of attendee registration, guest or workshop registration

fees:

 

Up Until 10 Days Prior to the Event Date – Full refund

 

3 Days Prior to the Event Date – No refund and unpaid fees will be billed to the participant

 

If, in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, an extraordinary circumstance occurs, the

The board may consider a waiver of the 10% cancellation penalty on a case-by-case basis. If an

attendee feels that he/she has experienced an extraordinary circumstance, he/she should email info@atmo.hr  with as much information as possible. The appeal will be brought up at the next available board meeting for discussion and a decision vote. Once a decision is reached, the President will notify the affected individual. The board decision will be considered final and there will be no further appeals process.

If an Art Expedition event is canceled, the sponsoring committee will make every effort to notify registrants in advance. Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. will not hold institutions responsible for the event registration fee; however, it is not responsible for any charges or cancellation fees assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents.

 

Special Needs or Questions

Special needs requiring accommodation to fully participate or any questions about the

event should be directed to the event sponsoring committee by email at info@atmo.hr

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Payment for exhibit space will be refunded, less 10% per booth processing fee if a written request for cancellation is received by Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. no later than 15 days prior to the event date. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Atmo Design Studio d.o.o. will only honor cancellation requests whose receipts have been confirmed. No refunds will be made if the participant cancels the contracted slot or if the participant fails to attend the event. If a company cancels after 30-days prior to the event date and has not already paid the exhibiting fee, the company will be liable for paying the full fee to Atmo design studio d.o.o.
